• Personal Information: We collect names and email addresses via Google Sign-In for authentication purposes.
• Resume & Job Descriptions: Text data you upload is processed to provide context for the AI.
• Audio Data: We capture real-time audio from your microphone and system audio solely for the purpose of live transcription and generating AI responses.

3. How We Process Your Data

We use the information we collect or receive:

• To facilitate account creation and logon process: If you choose to link your account with us to a third-party account (such as your Google account), we use the information you allowed us to collect from those third parties to facilitate account creation and logon process.
• To deliver services to the user: We process audio and text data to generate real-time interview answers.

Important Note on Audio Data: Audio streams are processed transiently. We do not store, record, or archive the audio files of your interviews on our servers after the session is complete.

4. Payment Information

We use a third-party payment processor, Stripe, to bill you for services. We do not store your credit card details. All payment data is stored by Stripe, and you may find their privacy policy link(s) here: https://stripe.com/privacy.

5. Data Sharing

We process your text inputs (transcripts and context) using third-party AI models (e.g., Google Gemini) to generate responses. Data shared with these providers is for the sole purpose of generating the response and is not used to train their foundational models.

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal information (name, email) as long as your account is active. Session-specific data (transcripts, resumes) are stored locally in your browser or transiently on our servers during the active session.
