You must register using a valid Google account to access the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

• Pricing: The Service offers various tiers (Starter, Pro, Elite) billed as a one-time or recurring subscription via Stripe.
• Usage Limits: Each plan comes with a specific time limit (e.g., 60 minutes for Starter). It is your responsibility to track your usage.
• Refunds: Payments are generally non-refundable unless required by law or in the event of a technical failure of the Service verified by our support team.

5. User Conduct and Responsibilities

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You acknowledge that:

• You will not use the Service to record others without their consent where prohibited by law.
• The Service is a support tool, and you remain solely responsible for the content of your interview answers.
• We do not guarantee employment or specific interview outcomes.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not warrant that the AI-generated responses will be error-free, accurate, or suitable for every specific interview situation. Artificial Intelligence can occasionally produce incorrect information (hallucinations).

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Interview Copilot be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of potential employment opportunities.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
